Observation

110-300-0230(3) Licensor observed the first-aid kits in the center and found the infant room is missing an elastic wrapping bandage, thermometer, sling/large triangular bandage, CPR barrier, first-aid manual, hand sanitizer and non-latex gloves. Toddler room is missing CPR barrier, thermometer, non-latex gloves, elastic wrapping bandage, sling/large triangular bandage and hand sanitizer. School-age room missing ice pack, CPR barrier, first aid guide, hand sanitizer, thermometer, non-latex gloves and a sling/large triangular bandage.
